These terms govern use of the Velorianplate website and information presented about the venue operated by Velorianplate Hospitality Inc..

Website content is provided for general information. Menus, hours, game availability, events, access conditions and venue services may change without prior notice.

3. Reservations and enquiries

Submitting a reservation request does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when the venue provides confirmation through an authorised operational channel.

Casino access is restricted to persons who meet the applicable legal age and identification requirements. Management may refuse or limit access where permitted by law or venue policy.

5. Gaming information

Descriptions of games are general and do not constitute strategy, financial advice or a guarantee of outcome. Casino games involve chance, and losses are possible.

Guests are encouraged to set time and spending limits, take breaks and use casino gaming only as entertainment. Venue staff can provide information about available responsible-play resources.

16. Restaurant reservations

Restaurant availability may depend on date, party size, seating configuration and operational capacity. Special requests are considered where reasonably possible but are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the venue.

17. Guest conduct

Guests are expected to follow lawful staff instructions, respect other guests and use venue spaces for their intended purpose. Conduct that threatens safety, disrupts operations, damages property or materially interferes with other guests may result in service being refused or access being ended where permitted by law.

18. Identification and eligibility

Age-restricted areas may require valid government-issued identification. Presentation of identification does not guarantee admission where another lawful restriction, capacity limit or venue requirement applies.

19. Changes to services

Menus, operating hours, game availability, room access, seating layouts and event arrangements may change because of seasonal planning, maintenance, private functions, staffing, regulatory requirements or operational conditions.

20. Accessibility

Guests are encouraged to communicate accessibility requirements in advance when an arrangement may be needed. The venue will consider reasonable requests in accordance with applicable obligations and operational feasibility.
